Tasha Hay is the founder of Allure Aesthetics Lounge and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who obtained her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) degree. After completing her aesthetics training at Beautiphi Academy under the guidance of renowned expert Kelly Hermans, Tasha combined her advanced practice medical expertise with her passion for skincare and beauty to create a space where her clients can feel confident and at ease.
With a deep commitment to helping her patients feel their best, Tasha takes a personalized approach to aesthetic treatments, partnering with her clients to set realistic goals and create customized plans that enhance their natural beauty. Her philosophy is subtle and refined—she values elevating her clients' natural allure while ensuring they feel educated and empowered in their choices.
At home, Tasha stays busy with three dapper and energetic boys and one spirited little girl who keeps the family on their toes. She loves working alongside her husband, Dustin, who is also a CRNA. Together, they enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake boating, fishing, tubing, and making the most of family adventures through camping, hiking, and chasing their kids.

Dr. Sarah Heiser is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 18 years of experience in high-volume, high-acuity patient care. Passionate about aesthetics, she completed specialized training with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in San Diego and has been actively involved in the field since May 2022. As a former Medical Spa Director and part business owner, she has hands-on experience overseeing aesthetic practices and performing treatments such as Botox, fillers, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. Dr. Heiser blends her deep medical expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring safe and natural-looking results. With a strong background in both emergency and aesthetic medicine, she is well-equipped to support med spas in delivering high-quality treatments.
